Reporting a Student’s Absence

You can report a student’s absence by:

Email: attendance@priestlands.hants.sch.uk or by using the Arbor app

Out of office hours the telephone will go to answerphone. When informing school of an absence,
please provide the following information:

• Your name
• The name of the student who will be absent or late
• The students year group and tutor group
• Detailed reason for the absence
  
  

Parents should contact the school every day that the student is going to be absent.
If this is not done, a text will be sent home to inform the parent that the student is not in school and
a request will be made for a reason for the absence.
