Talented Performer Criteria

If your child meets the criteria stated below please feel free to nominate them via email to: natalie.peacock@priestlands.hants.sch.uk

Rugby Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad Or London Irish bronze DPP or above

Netball Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad Or Selection for a superleague club team or hub

Hockey Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad

Football Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad Or Playing games or being on day release for a professional club (not satellite clubs or training centres)

Tennis Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad

Badminton Representing the County (such as Dorset/Hampshire) in the intercounty competitions Or Grade E performer

Athletics/Cross Country Representing the County (such as Dorset/Hampshire) in the intercounty competitions

Volleyball Representing the region (such as South East) by playing matches

Basketball

Cricket Representing county by playing games in the Hampshire/Dorset squad (not regional county sides)

Gymnastics Teamgym: southern championships or above Artistic: complete all grades Trampoline, tumble, DMT: NDP level 1 or above 

Dance Competing successfully in National level competitions qualifying for the grand final Or Scoring 98-100% on grade exams

Horse riding Competing successfully in Affiliated Dressage, Showjumping or Eventing (BD, BE or BS), competing in Pony Club or local riding team at area or national championships.

Sailing World Championship and European Championship Optimist class or 420, 29er and Laser GBR Youth squad

If your child participates in a Sport not listed on the criteria please feel free to send an email with the sports and their level of representation. We will then look at this on a case by case basis.
