Unloc is a Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing mini-site created with young people aged 12-21 from across Hampshire in order to produce relevant, engaging & youth focused information covering topics such as: > Self-Care

Telephone helpline providing support advice and information to young people not coping with life and those who are worried about them. Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat and Sun 2pm - 5pm |
By texting the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 you will start a conversation with a trained Shout Volunteer, who will text you back and forth, sharing only what you feel comfortable with and offering support. |
Free, safe and anonymous online support & counselling for young people |
